Anupama is shocked to find Rahi in a distressing condition as blood stains appear on the mirror

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, Kartik reaches out to Anupama and requests her to prepare food for the prisoners. However, Anupama inquires if the inmates don't cook for themselves. Kartik clarifies that while prisoners do prepare their own meals, food is also brought in from outside. He extends an invitation to Anupama, suggesting that she can meet him if she is interested. Although she finds the offer puzzling, she chooses to focus on Rahi's wedding instead.

Meanwhile, Moti Baa expresses her enthusiasm, stating that she is eager to dance as it is Prem's wedding. Badshah teasingly points out that Moti Baa is not interested in dancing. Moti Baa responds by saying that she does not enjoy all dance forms. 

Meanwhile, Leela instructs Rahi to light lamps in the corners of the house as part of their traditional customs. Ansh, on the other hand, asks Rahi to record her voice so they can listen to it whenever they miss her. After recording her voice, Rahi reveals that she has already been recording conversations with the Shahs. She then entrusts Anupama's well-being to Leela and Hasmuk.

At the same time, the Kothari family enjoys Prem's baraat while the Shahs gear up to welcome them. However, the Kotharis insist on celebrating outside before entering the house. Rahi is delighted by the festivities. As Anupama catches a glimpse of Prem, she is reminded of Anuj. Rahi observes that everyone is engrossed in the baraat celebrations but is upset that Leela has asked her to remain inside her room. She expresses her wish to join in and dance. Meanwhile, Gautam troubles Prathana.

Rahi soon notices that her makeup and hair have become messy, prompting her to fix them. Anupama then performs an important wedding ritual with Prem, explaining its significance to him. Following her, Pakhi also carries out the same tradition. The Shahs extend a warm welcome to the Kotharis. During the celebrations, Gautam appears distant toward Anupama. However, she chooses to focus on the joyous occasion rather than his behaviour, wanting to make the most of Rahi's special day.

As excitement builds up, Rahi joyfully immerses herself in the wedding celebrations and starts dancing. However, she suddenly loses her balance, twisting her leg and collapsing. At that moment, her blood stains the mirror, creating a tense atmosphere. 

The Kotharis appreciate the Shahs' meticulous preparations for the ceremony. Prem, feeling sentimental, speaks to Anuj's photo and decides to recite poetry for the Shahs, much like Anuj used to do. Meanwhile, Parag fears that Anupama's involvement might negatively impact Rahi and Prem's relationship. However, Khyati defends Anupama, asserting that she is different from other mothers. Parag, despite his concerns, hopes that Khyati's trust in Anupama turns out to be justified.

Elsewhere, Ansh, Hasmuk, and Toshu discuss Gautam's behaviour. Hasmuk comments that Gautam is showing arrogance, while Anil and Meeta overhear the conversation but dismiss it lightly. Badshah compliments Radha, but she chooses to ignore him.

Amidst all this, Anupama feels an unsettling sense of missing something and finds herself thinking about Anuj. Moti Baa later approaches Anupama and states that everything is arranged perfectly according to her stature. Moti Baa hands over the Shubh Asan to Anupama, emphasising its deep significance as a cherished heirloom and a symbol of their ancestors' blessings. She instructs Anupama to place it on the vedi before commencing the rituals, as it holds immense sentimental value for their family. While it may seem precious to the world, for them, it is invaluable, representing their lineage and heritage. She firmly warns Anupama to ensure its safekeeping, stressing that it must not be misplaced under any circumstances. Any negligence regarding it would be unacceptable. Anupama is taken aback by Moti Baa’s stern warning but assures her that she will handle it with utmost care and follow her instructions precisely. Toshu volunteers to take care of it, and Anupama advises him to be extremely cautious. Shortly after, Leela instructs Anupama to bring Rahi for the wedding rituals. However, upon reaching Rahi's room, Anupama is left completely shocked.

In the precap, Gautam torments Prathana, and Ansh steps in to help her. However, Gautam taunts Ansh by calling him a lover and physically assaults him. Witnessing this, Anupama stands firmly by Ansh's side, confronts Gautam, and makes a bold decision to expose him.
