Barun Sobti to play Anurag Basu in Kasautii Zindagii Kay?

Ekta Kapoor's iconic show Kasautii Zindagii Kay was brought back in 2018. Anurag Basu and Prerna Sharma's beautiful love story was the favourite of many. Kasautii Zindagii Kay has been one of the most loved shows on television. Earlier, Shweta Tiwari and Cezanne Khan had played Prerna and Anurag. 

Now, Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes did a brilliant job and impressed us all with their sizzling chemistry. But Parth Samthaan has now decided to quit the show. Since the news was out, many have been speculating about who will be the new Anurag Basu in the show. Many names of actors had come forward and a lot of stories were done. Hence, we asked fans their wish. We asked them who they want to see as Anurag Basu in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 amongst Barun Sobti, Rithvik Dhanjani, Karan Wahi and Varun Kapoor. They want to see Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon fame Barun Sobti as Anurag Basu in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. We have all seen Barun Sobti's brilliant performance as Arnav Singh Raizada in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. Arnav Singh Raizada is still ruling hearts and Anurag Basu is somewhat similar to Arnav. Barun will perfectly fit into this role and it would be a treat to see him opposite Erica Fernandes in the show. Barun Sobti's intense look is just exactly what Anurag is all about. 52% of people have voted for Barun Sobti while Karan Wahi with 28% is the next choice. Rithvik Dhanjani has got 11% of votes and the last one is Varun Kapoor with just 9% votes.
