The upcoming episode of Star Plus longest running serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase interesting twist and turn.

It was earlier seen that Kartik and Kairav meets Ridhima where Kairav seems to be very happy meeting her.

Kairav loves spending time with Ridhima and fears thinking about Naira.

Kairav is getting attracted towards Ridhima more and forgetting Naira.

In the episode to come Ridhima requests Kartik to inform Naira the reality when Kartik refuses to do so.

Kartik does not want to spoil his terms with Naira and Ridhima.
