The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein will showcase interesting twist and turn.

It was earlier seen that poor Sayi goes to get Geeta for the procedure of surrogacy where Sayi was unaware of the big storm entering her life.

Sayi gets attacked by goons where she lies unconscious and no one comes to help her.

On the other side Pakhi plays her game well where she replaces Geeta and goes for the surrogacy procedure.

Pakhi is much happy that her game in done successfully and on the other side Sayi is in the pool of blood.

Poor Virat is also helpless and is in major fix where he cannot take any decision and neither can stop Pakhi from turning their surrogate.

When Sayi learns about the same she will definately turn upset with Virat which will lead to crack in their relationship once again.
