Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around a goon named Sanjay following Akshara.

It seems that during the Charitable ball Sanjay will see Akshara and immediately gets attracted towards her.

He will go to the hospital as he will come to know that Akshara does music therapy in the Birla hospital.
