Recently We have seen that Sai is broken seeing Pakhi as the Surrogate and breaks down. She doubts her to be the Nurse.
The Doctor is furious for cheating her and warns them of the bare consequences and also threatens to sue them for misleading her.
However Pakhi manages to manipulate Geeta and makes her lie in front of the Family that she is not the Nurse.

The Story takes an interesting turn when Sai denies to accept Pakhi as the Surrogate while Virat gets furious and asks her not to be Egoistic.
Unfortunately Sai is forced to accept the Surrogacy. Bhavani throws a Party on the Occasion of them getting a Heir.
Pakhi wants to hurt Sai for the Pain and so called Misery she has gone through hence she tags with Virat everyone and at one point Dances Intimately with him.
Sai gets Heart Broken watching the scenario in front of her and decide to part ways with him.
