It seems Sayi and Pakhi Virat together fight in court for the custody of Vinayak.

Here in the show it is seen that the judge makes a final decision where he wants Vinayak to make the final call about his parents choice.

The judge wants Vinayak to go ahead for counseling and further in the show come to court to meet them and give his decision.

Sayi had earlier promised Virat that Vinayak will never have to see the court and hence she keeps rock on her heart and decides to take the case back.
