Star Plus show Anupama is currently revolving around Vanraj having a tough time.

It seems that after suffering a heart attack Vanraj will be changed person.

He will start feeling scared for the security of his family as he the bread earner of his house.

He will not be able to rest as he has to go back to work and provide for his family.

Vanraj will be seen having a heart to heart conversation with Anupama and will reveal that he is scared that he might die soon.

He knows his kids are big enough to take care of themselves but is scared that his parents might not be able to overcome this tragedy.
