It seems that Isha will plan to move on in life once again as she will decide to leave for Ramtek.

Shantanu and Savi want Isha to stay back but she has nothing to do in Pune and hence will decide to leave.

She will leave Pune with a heavy heart as Ishaan has still not forgiven her and holds grudge against her.

Savi will feel sad that even though she loves Isha and wants the best for her but destiny has other plans as she is always being judged by her loved ones.
