Recently we have seen that Anupama wakes up from her dream about her dancing with Aadya and gets upset as this is not the reality. The show has taken a six month leap. 

However Anupama still misses Anuj and Aadya and wishes that she reunited back with them. She wonders whether Anuj doesn't want her.
