Anupama rules on the television screens. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under the auspices of Director's Kut Productions. 

It seems that Prem is staying with Shah Family as Anupama will show full trust on him. He will very soon win Anupama’s heart with his good deeds.

However, he will be seen hiding something important from rest of the family as he will keep his real identity from Anupama a secret.

Prem belongs to the Kapadia Family is not comfortable sharing these details with anyone as there are many layers to his truth. Anupama has no idea that Prem is Anuj’s son and has come to Anupama with a motive.

Things are going to get very intense as Prem’s only mission is to unite Anuj and Anupama once again as he feels guilty of coming between eternal lover.
